After reading comments and watching video reviews i chose to go with the hario skerton pro. The skerton pro seeks to improve consistency with a stabilized upper burr and a spring loaded lower burr while moving the grind adjust to the lower burr assembly for. Silicon grip upgraded from the original grinder the silicon grip on the pro is much wider and easier to hold while grinding offering a much more stable grinding experience. Did a lot of research like everyone else looking to upgrade from the basic electric grinders.

This is a review of the very popular japanese hario skerton ceramic hand coffee mill grinder. However it falls a bit short in the portability category. The original skerton is known the world over for being an excellent entry point for craft coffee brewing. The features of the hario skerton pro are either straight from the original or updated to be even better than before.

It s a great kitchen tool if you need a custom grind for cold b. The reason being we had two coffee grinders in use already in my home.
